As a part of ACES’s training team, managing partner of NKP Law dr Jovan Nikcevic participated in two trainings organized by ACES for users of FIDIC Contracts at engineering and construction projects in Serbia.
Main issues observed during the trainings were implementation and practical experience in implementing FIDIC General Conditions of Contract in Serbia, with particular reference to the Serbian legislation and court practice.
Training teams of ACES for local courses, Ivana Panic, Blazo Bjegovic, Nikola Pavlovic and Jovan Nikcevic, regularly share their expertise with practitioners interested in new views and live experience gathered from various international projects.
Trainings took place in Belgrade, June 2020.
