Arbitration has a long-standing tradition in the world, but it is still underutilized in Serbia due to a lack of awareness of certain aspects of this dispute-resolution mechanism. As legal professionals, we are eager to engage with our fellow colleagues and businesspeople who have the authority to opt for arbitration in their disputes and present numerous advantages of arbitration to them.
