Matija graduated at the Belgrade University Faculty of Law in 2020. During his studies, he interned in multiple prominent legal offices in Belgrade.
On his final year, he took part in the most prestigious international competition in the field of international commercial law and arbitration `Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot` held in Vienna, as a member of a team of 8 master and bachelor students from this faculty who got the opportunity to represent the Belgrade Faculty of Law at this competition. The team had huge success and won 11th place in the competition that consisted of more than 300 teams worldwide.
He is fluent in English and advanced in German which he has learned in Austria where he completed a course in B2|2 level of German knowledge.
Matija specializes in international and domestic commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, and construction law. Matija has experience in representing clients before renowned arbitration institutions.
In March 2020, Matija joined NKP Law Office.
