Filip specializes in construction, FIDIC, tax, insurance and arbitration.
He gained significant experience working for the “Energoprojekt” – one of the biggest constructions and engineering companies from South-East Europe which designed and constructed numerous projects over the world where Filip worked as an in-house lawyer for negotiation and contract management of FIDIC based projects.
As of 2020, Filip continued his career as an attorney at NKP Law.
Throughout his working years in “Energoprojekt”, Filip has been involved in numerous design and construction projects worldwide (Serbia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Algeria, Nigeria, etc) where he actively took a part in negotiation, review and drafting of complex construction contracts, contract administration and claim management, insurance and tax advisory.
Filip is currently at the PhD studies at the Faculty of the Law University of Belgrade and is finalizing postgraduate studies for tax consultancy. He also publishes articles on FIDIC contracts subjects and insurance on a regular basis.
Fluent in English and Russian.
